The designer for this high-end single family home designed by Sanaz Sarafraz created a minimal, modern style to accommodate an open floor plan by removing walls. Inducing natural light by installing floor-to-ceiling windows in exchange for the original small windows. Designing vertical lines was extremely challenging due to the short ceiling height. Using natural oak, subtle colors, and natural stones brings a sense of harmony to the whole property.
